Welcome! You have likely arrived on this webpage because you are (or someone you know is) interested in becoming a more intentional, confident, connected, and supportive father.
This free community workshop explores goals and potentials of parenting and themes related to male caregiver identity. This includes the balance of masculinity and male identity with being an emotionally present and responsive caregiver. It reflects on social and cultural messages about fatherhood, especially as they interact with the emotional intimacy of a caregiving relationship with your child(ren). The workshop explores lessons and beliefs from trans-generational parenting and experiences with families of origin. It reflects on relationships and communication, as well as emotional exploration, connection, and expression, especially as related to parenting and co-parenting.
